We work to promote a community of people who take responsibility for their own behaviour and learn to manage social and emotional challenges. It is not unusual for children to disagree and not get along with each other at times. As they learn to be socially confident and develop empathy, these childhood behaviours diminish.  However, these behaviours should not be confused with bullying.

Our social learning programs support all children to develop as people who understand that conflict is natural, that mediation can sort out problems before they get too big, that we can all learn new ways to behave and relate using a restorative approach, and that bullying others is completely unacceptable.
